Nobody celebrates an All-American 4th of July quite like Newberrians. On the morning of the 3RD OF JULY* the residents of the Harper Street neighborhood celebrate Independence Day by parading down Harper Street in decorated bikes, tricycles, golf carts, and outfits of red, white, and blue, for a good hosing at the end of the road by the Newberry Fire Department!

*Please note the change in date as the 4th is on a Sunday in 2021. The Parade lineup will begin at 9 am at the corner of Harper and Hunt Street. The parade will begin at 9:30 am. All are welcome!
