Champions Elite Camp with Newberry College Wrestling- June 24-July 2

This 9 Day camp is designed to make you a STATE CHAMPION, in addition to attending all 3 camps listed below you will get extra workouts in between sessions when everyone else checks out. All champions elite campers will receive a custom t-shirt at the completion of camp!

• TAKEDOWN ELITE TAKEDOWN ELITE: This camp will improve your takedowns & attacks on your feet. We will focus on high percentage leg attacks, set ups, and finishes. Expect to learn high level takedown defense, front headlocks, and scrambling. We will also teach throws, as well as some Freestyle & Greco techniques.
• TOUGH ON TOP CAMP: Learn to dominate on top! We will teach leg riding, arm bars, a large variety of tilts and pinning maneuvers. These three days will teach you how to punish your opponents when you “Choose top!”
• INTENSIVE CAMP: The intensive camp will push you to your next level! Extra workouts and training sessions will help prepare you mentally & physically for next season. In addition to high level technique we will add more high pace drilling and live wrestling to this camp.
