PMPA recently conducted a study for the City of Rock Hill which compares the cost of public services provided by 20 municipalities within the state. Clemson University's Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management has completed a Comprehensive Parks, Recreation and Tourism Strategic Plan for the City of Newberry. The final report was presented to City Council at the April 12, 2011 meeting.
